5Now therefore, what accept I hither, saith the LORD, that my people is taken abroad for nought? they that rule over them brand them to howl, saith the LORD; and my proper noun continually every day is blasphemed. 6Therefore my people shall know my name: therefore they shall know in that day that I am he that doth speak: behold, it is I. sevenHow beautiful upon the mountains are the anxiety of him that bringeth skillful tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth! eight Thy watchmen shall elevator up the voice; with the vocalization together shall they sing: for they shall see centre to heart, when the LORD shall bring again Zion. 9Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD hath comforted his people, he hath redeemed Jerusalem. 10The LORD hath made blank his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God. 11Depart ye, depart ye, become ye out from thence, touch no unclean affair; go ye out of the midst of her; exist ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.

Wesley's Notes for Isaiah 52:8
52:8 Thy watchmen - Thy ministers, who descry the arroyo of this heavenly rex. Lift upwardly thy voice - To give notice to all people of these glad tidings; and past fashion of exultation, to sing forth the praises of God for this glorious twenty-four hours. Heart - Distinctly and familiarly, their optics beholding the optics of this king of celebrity. They shall exist eye and ear - witnesses of the words and works of Christ, and therefore their testimony shall be more certain and valuable. Bring again - When God shall complete the work of bringing his church out of captivity.
